The Skandia spirit level is a very accurate measuring instrument that is used to determine whether surfaces are exactly horizontal or vertical.

This is especially useful in construction, where it is essential for objects to be perfectly level, for example, when laying out and installing window and door frames. In electrical installation and plumbing, a spirit level is used to ensure that cables, pipes and appliances are properly oriented. The Skandia spirit level has three block vials: for checking horizontally, vertically and at a 45-degree angle. The spirit level is accurate to within 0,5 mm per metre and is thus suitable for both professional and DIY users.
