BioPressure filters are available in four different power ratings, both as basic sets containing just the filter and as plus sets including a pump. This BioPressure filter can be used in ponds with a capacity of up to 6000 litres (without fish) or 3000 litres (with fish). As the name implies, water is passed through the BioPressure under pressure. This means that it is possible to pump water up to a higher level, for instance for a waterfall or stream run, but also that the filter cannot overflow or even burst when it is installed on a lower level or even below the level of the water surface.

The pressure filter can withstand a pressure of 0.49 bars. The special seal ensures the integrity of the filter even under very demanding conditions. The layered filter mat prevents blocking and removes dirt particles from the water mechanically. The filter can be cleaned quickly, even while in operation, with the convenient and easy-to-operate sludge drain tap.
