The VijverTechniek Submersible Pump 5000 can be used in a wide range of applications around the house and garden. It can be used for drainage in case of flooding, to empty water basins, to pump up water from wells, to drain boats and yachts, and also for circulating water for a limited period of time.

The pump can displace both clean and polluted water. It can handle organic particles of up to 5 mm. The submersible pump has a built-in float that can pump away water down to a level of approximately 5 mm, even if it is strongly polluted.

Using the selection switch, the pump can operate automatically (operates as soon as the water level is 17 cm and stops at a level of 10 cm) or manually (operates continuously and can pump the water away down to a level of 5 mm).

The pump should be switched off if the water level falls below 5 mm, in order to prevent damage by running dry. To prevent overheating, the VT Submersible Pump has a built-in thermal security device.

Delivery includes a pump with 10 m cable and a hose socket 25/32 mm with an L-part for connecting the drain hose.
