Description

Give your food a delicious smoky flavour with the cold smoke generator! It is ideal for smoking fish, meat, poultry, cheese, vegetables, etc.

  • Durable material: This cold smoker is made of high quality 304 stainless steel that is resistant to corrosion and oxidation. It is also dishwasher safe.
  • Solid grid construction: The M shaped compact mesh allows smoke chips to burn evenly and slowly for up to 10 hours. The duration depends largely on the nature of the smoking wood. For best results, it is recommended to use chips with a grain size of 0,5-2,0 mm.
  • Easy to use: Simply fill with sawdust, and light with a tea light until the sawdust starts to change colour. Remove the tea light and place the smoker in the smoker oven.
  • Wide range of uses: You can use the cold smoker generator in various types of smokers, including smoker cabinets, table smoker ovens, gas grill inserts, BBQ grills, self-made smokers, closed grills etc.
