Object of the Service:
This Premium Experience is offered by vidaXL as a complementary service to statutory consumer guarantees under Irish law. It ensures prioritised processing and dispatch of your order within 1 business day, as well as expedited handling of any customer service requests.

 

CONDITIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION:

1. Service Benefits:

1.1 Prioritized order dispatch:

    1.1.1 Your order will be prioritised in our internal systems to ensure prompt processing and dispatch.

    1.1.2 It will be placed at the top of the queue and handed over to the carrier within one business day of order confirmation. This benefit is particularly valuable during peak periods or unexpected delays.

1.2 Failure to meet dispatch guarantee:

    1.2.1 If we do not meet the guaranteed dispatch timeline, we will provide compensation in the form of a voucher worth 150% of the service fee paid.

    1.2.2 For orders containing multiple products, where only part of the order is delayed beyond the guaranteed timeframe, the 150% compensation will be calculated proportionally based on the value of the delayed items in the order.

1.3 Priority Customer Service Handling:

    1.3.1 Queries submitted to vidaXL customer service will receive a response within 12 hours provided that:

    • The contact email matches the one used for the order, and
    • The order number is clearly stated in the first message.

    1.3.2 If the order number is missing or a different email address is used, standard response time (within 24 hours) will apply to the initial message. Priority handling will commence once proper identification is received

2. Exclusions:

2.1 This service does not cover the product itself (e.g. repair, replacement, or refund). It strictly applies to the processing and dispatch priority, and customer service response time.

3. Price:

3.1 The price for this Premium Experience service is 2.99 EUR per order.

4. Warranty Duration:

4.1 For dispatch priority, the service is valid from the date of order until all items are dispatched or compensation is issued.

4.2 For priority customer service, the service remains valid until the statutory product guarantee expires.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Premium Services:

5.1 Under Irish law and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (SI No. 484 of 2013), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

5.2 If you exercise your right of withdrawal for the entire order, the price paid for the Premium Experience service will also be refunded, provided the dispatch service has not already been fully performed (i.e. the product has not yet been handed over to the carrier).

6. Reminder of Legal Warranties:

6.1 This Premium Experience is supplementary and does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

6.2 Legal Warranty (Sale of Goods Act 1893 and Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980):

    6.2.1 Consumers have a right to claim defects within two years from delivery.

    6.2.2 In the first six months after delivery, defects are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless the seller can prove otherwise.

    6.2.3 Consumers can request repair or replacement of defective goods. If these remedies are not possible or reasonable, they may seek a price reduction or contract cancellation.

6.3 Warranty Against Hidden Defects:

    6.3.1 Consumers can claim for hidden defects within the statutory period, with the right to cancel the sale or seek a reduction in the sale price.

Additional Information:

This Premium Experience service is valid only within Ireland and is subject to Irish law.

In case of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, Irish courts shall have jurisdiction.
