How to submit the product takedown request?

To submit the product takedown request, please send an email to takedownrequest@vidaxl.com.

Please include the following information in your email:

1.Your name

2.The link to the product that in your opinion violates vidaXL marketplace policies

3.Your comment on why this product should be taken down from our marketplac
