This digital universal multimeter from VOREL is a practical tool for electric measurements.

The universal meter with a manual range for each measurement allows basic and advanced electrical measurements. It features a rubber housing, protecting the device against mechanical damage. If you measure unknown values with a handwheel manual ranging, take measurements sequentially from the largest range to the range giving the most accurate result. Otherwise, you risk damaging the device.
