You can track your order anytime, with or without an account.

Track my order

After you select the payment method when placing a order, you will receive the payment details including the bank account and the payment reference by email.

1. Go to your bank account and log in;
2. Click on the bank transfer button;
3. Fill in the correct details listed in the email;
4. Enter all information required to finish the transaction.

If your transaction is completed, you will receive an order confirmation within 3 business days. Your item will not be dispatched until your payment is received and processed.

❗Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for bank transfers to be fully processed.❗
