My coupon doesn't work

If you run into an issue with a discount/coupon code, the most common reasons are:

  • Your coupon code requires a minimum purchase amount.
  • Your coupon code is invalid because it was valid for a limited time.
  • Your coupon code only applies to a certain category of products.
  • Your coupon code is country-specific.
  • You pasted your coupon code with extra space before or after it.

Keep in mind that the discounts are calculated only for vidaXL brand products, even if you have products from other brands in your shopping cart.
