Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped. Make sure to check your spam folder as well.

You can also download your invoice from My Account section if you have a VidaXL account. Here's how:

  1. Go to My Account > Order History;
  2. Select Order Details;
  3. Click on the Download Invoice button, below the payment information section.
