Can I receive an invoice before I place my order?

the invoice is available only after the order has been shipped.

You can also download your invoice from My Account section if you have a VidaXL account. Here's how:

  1. Go to My Account > Order History;
  2. Select Order Details;
  3. Click on the Download Invoice button, below the payment information section.
