I didn't receive a confirmation email

After a successful payment, you will see a thank you page and receive a confirmation email shortly after. This confirms that your order has been successfully placed and includes all the necessary details. 

If you’re expecting an email from vidaXL, but haven’t received it, please check the following:

  1. Check your spam or Junk folder. Our emails may sometimes be filtered as spam;
     
  2. Make sure you entered the correct email address when placing your order or creating your account;
     
  3. Check your mailbox storage. If your inbox is full, new emails may not be delivered.
     
  4. Check the payment status with your bank. If the payment was reversed or did not go through, the order was not finalized, and you will not receive a confirmation email.

Alternatively, you can sign in to your vidaXL account and check your most recent order in Order History, or use the Track your order tool. If your order appears, you will receive the related email notifications at the appropriate stages of the process.

What emails do we send?

  1. Order confirmation – Sent shortly after your order is successfully placed.
     
  2. Shipping confirmation – Sent once your order has been dispatched. This email may include tracking information.
     
  3. Invoice – Sent once your order has been processed and invoiced.
