How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking portal which shows the current status of your shipment. You can find out in how many packages your order is being delivered by going into My Account > Order History.
Additional information about each status can be found below (left to right):
- Order Processing – We’re getting your order ready;
- Shipping to carrier - Your package has been handed over to the carrier;
- Out for Delivery – Your package is on its way to you;
- Delivered – Your package has been successfully delivered.
Didn't receive the confirmation e-mail? Please check your spam folder. Sometimes emails end up in there.
