If you withdraw from the contract using your statutory right of withdrawal, the following applies to you.

You must return your product no later than 14 days from the day you informed us that you want to use your right of withdrawal. vidaXL will not refund you any costs incurred by this return. We advise you to send us the tracking number(s) and the name of the carrier to prevent any issues of lost packages.
