When purchasing from vidaXL on vidaXL.ie, you, as a consumer, benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal.

If you decide to return an item, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. The final cost depends on the parcel’s size and weight, as well as the shipping carrier you choose.

Can vidaXL arrange the return?
In certain situations, we may be able to arrange the return shipment on your behalf. This service is optional, offered at vidaXL's discretion, and it is not available for all returns. If we can organise the return for you:

1. We will let you know the return fee in advance, according to the table below:

   Weight per product	Shipping Fee
   0-15 Kg	9.99€
   15-30 Kg	19.99€
   30+ Kg	29.99€

2. We will only arrange the shipment after you confirm that you agree to the cost;
3. The agreed return fee will be deducted directly from your refund.
