How can I find my product manual?

The product manual is included in your package, make sure to check all boxes if your product is delivered in multiple packages. You can also access it anytime in your My Account section. Here’s how:

  1. Log in the account you used to order your product;
  2. Navigate to Account Overview;
  3. Select Order History;
  4. Find your order and select Order Details;
  5. Click Download Manual.

 

Don’t have a vidaXL account? You can download your product manual through our chatbot. Manuals are only available for products you’ve purchased.

  1. Open the chat and type Download product manual;
  2. Provide the order number and email address associated with the order;
  3. Choose the product from your order that you wish to obtain the manual for.

You can also request your manual via email, using the contact form, and we’ll get back in touch with you within 1 business day.
