I am missing parts of my product
Sometimes orders arrive in multiple packages, so please check that everything has been delivered. You can find out in how many packages your order is being delivered in the confirmation email or by going into My Account > Order History.
If you’ve received all the packages and are still missing parts, just reach out to our customer support team and include, in your request, the following details:
- E-mail Address;
- Order Number.
Note: the Product Manual does not include the Parts List.
